Our efforts are not limited to the environment. We are also committed to improving the social conditions of our employees. We enable their professional development and ensure their safety, equal opportunities and comfort at work. We believe that engaged and satisfied employees create a more efficient and innovative workplace.
In addition, we are relentless in our efforts to manage the company better and better, including ensuring the transparency of our operations and our relationships with customers, suppliers and the local community. The systematic strengthening of a good image and trust in the company undoubtedly contributes to Atman’s long-term success.
We believe that the implementation of sustainable development goals is crucial for the development of any company and society as a whole. We feel responsible for others, so we will continue our efforts in this regard, believing that our actions will have a positive impact not only on our company and its surroundings, but also on future generations.
Accordingly, in 2024, Atman underwent an annual evaluation by the EcoVadis rating agency, which noted the progress we had made and awarded Atman a Committed Badge rating.
Sustainable Development Goals
The Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) are a set of 17 global priorities defined by the member states of the United Nations in 2015. The goals, which are to be reached by 2030, aim to ensure harmonious social, economic and environmental development around the world. Achieving the Sustainable Development Goals requires cooperation at the international, national and local levels and the involvement of various sectors of society, including national and local governments, civil society, the private sector and international organizations.
Through the shared commitment of management and employees across the company, Atman is contributing to the effective implementation of the Sustainable Development Goals and positively impacting itself, the society and the environment. Such solidarity creates real change and strengthens sustainability at the local and global levels.
