Data Centre Operations Standard (DCOS)
Atman Data Centers Warsaw-1 and Warsaw-2 comply with the requirements of Data Centre Operations Standard from EPI. Atman is the first company in Europe to obtain the EPI-DCOS certification.
DCOS-4 certification provides a guarantee not only that the operator’s procedures are well-defined, but also that their application is documented, and their quality and adequacy are constantly monitored. All this ensures the very high availability of the services provided at Atman’s data centers.

Quality Management System compliant with ISO 9001:2015
In order to maintain high quality of the services and products offered by Atman, we have implemented and maintain the Quality Management System which complies with the requirements of the ISO 9001:2015 standard, covering delivery and maintenance of telecommunications services and data center services, including data transmission, Internet access, colocation, hosting, dedicated servers and cloud computing.

Information Security Management System compliant with ISO/IEC 27001:2013
Atman sp. z o.o. has been granted a certificate issued by BSI (British Standards Institution), certifying that Atman services comply with the Statement of Applicability, and the company operates based on the Information Security Management System compliant with ISO/IEC 27001:2013, covering delivery and maintenance of telecommunications services and data center services, including data transmission, Internet access, colocation, hosting, dedicated servers and cloud computing.

PCI DSS v. 4.0 certification
PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) is an international standard that defines rules for protecting cardholder data. The PCI DSS v. 4.0 certification guarantees that Atman applies the highest security standards when storing, processing and transmitting payment card data. This is particularly important for customers of our colocation services, as it guarantees that Atman Data Centers comply with strict requirements regarding data protection and security levels.

SOC 1 Type I & SOC 2 Type I
Atman has obtained confirmation that its colocation services comply with the SOC 1 Type I and SOC 2 Type I international security and operational control standards. This guarantees Atman’s customers high-quality, transparent processes and a secure, stable environment for their IT infrastructure.
The System and Organization Controls (SOC) standards, developed by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), focus on assessing the quality of operational processes rather than on meeting formal requirements.
Zero Outage Approved
Atman has been re-certified as a Zero Outage Approved supplier after fulfilling all requirements of the Zero Outage Program for approved Zero Outage suppliers of T-Systems. The evaluation took place in 2024 and was conducted by a team from Deutsche Telekom Technik GmbH.
The Zero Outage Program was created several years ago to recognize T-Systems’ core connectivity service providers as partners in delivering professional services and improving quality and customer satisfaction.
