Atman Cloud and Cloud Basic available in no time via the online store
Launching cloud services in Atman has never been so convenient and fast. You can now order and pay for resources to build your environment in our online store. You can also choose the option of a trial period before you decide to buy. In the e-commerce model, you gain access to ordered cloud resources within a few minutes at most.
Using the Atman Cloud services e-store is intuitive. At the beginning you indicate the period for which you want to order the service: 12, 24, 36 months or indefinite.
Then you choose the billing model. Available variants include a fixed monthly subscription paid in advance, payment in arrears only for the resources used (PAYG), and a combination of the two, i.e. subscription + PAYG for any use of resources beyond the ordered configuration.
If you choose the subscription option, it is necessary to indicate the Atman Cloud resources you want to have at your disposal within the monthly fee. So you specify the type and number of components such as vCPU, RAM and Storage as well as the number of additional IP addresses. You can see the cost calculation of the selected resources immediately in the summary displayed next to it.
At this stage you also decide whether you want to use the option of testing the service or whether you want to purchase it.
In the next step you give your data to create an account in Atman Customer Zone (or log in if you are already our customer). Your resources are already being prepared.
Payments
If you have not chosen tests, we ask you to pay an amount equal to one month’s Atman Cloud subscription or in the PAYG variant without subscription – installation fee: PLN 1 + VAT. Posting of payment is a condition for granting access to the cloud environment.
For online payments, you can use Blik, credit card or quick bank transfer. If you wish to pay at a later date, the generated order will be waiting for your movement in the Atman Customer Zone.
Testing
If you have chosen testing, no payment is needed, of course. We send you instructions on how to log into the Customer Zone and your new environment in Atman Cloud right away. You can start using it as soon as you log in.
Please note that the resources made available for testing are not unlimited. We have set some fixed limits to which we reduce the subscription configuration if it exceeds them at the order stage. In case you decide to buy the originally selected configuration after the testing period, you will receive it in full as ordered.
Atman Cloud tests last a maximum of 14 days. They are free of charge and do not involve any commitment. If you want to continue working in the environment set up during the testing, you have 7 days from the end of the trial period to make your payment.
Platform
Atman Cloud is a high-performance public cloud based on OpenStack, the most popular open source cloud software. The hardware platform is located in Atman Data Center in Warsaw, so data processing it Atman’s cloud meets the GDPR requirements for data localization within the EU. The parameters of the data center exceed the TIER III standard. Also, the DC is certified to ISO 9001:2015, ISO/IEC 27001:2013, and EPI-DCOS (Data Centre Operations Standard) level-4.

As with Atman Cloud, with Atman Cloud Basic you can test the service of your choice for 14 days without obligation, and decide to purchase it during the test period or up to 7 days after it ends.
