Atman Data Center Warsaw-3 (WAW‑3) is designed to meet the needs of AI technology businesses and hyperscalers, among others. Ultimately, WAW‑3 will be able to house more than 50,000 servers on 204,200 square feet of net space (almost 19,000 square meters net) for colocation of IT equipment. Target IT power equals 43 MW.
WAW‑3 is being built in Duchnice, 30 minutes from downtown Warsaw. In addition to convenient access, the location offers the ability to seamlessly scale power connections – the first building of WAW-3 will provide 14.4 MW of IT power – and to route multiple redundant telecommunications links from various carriers.
The construction has been underway since October 2023, with the first of three buildings at the WAW‑3 DC campus scheduled for completion in Q4 of 2024. Initially, Atman will prepare data halls equipped according to the individual requirements of customers renting a server room as a whole.
DC WAW‑3 is the latest and largest colocation investment to date for Atman, which has been providing data center services for 25 years and has extensive experience in the design, maintenance and management of data center facilities. For the past 14 years, Atman has been the undisputed leader in Poland in terms of data center space for colocation and hosting services, according to annual reports by research firm PMR.
