New features in Atman’s OpenStack public cloud: the choice of block disk performance levels expanded with the Rapid 25,000 IOPS option, and local disks that guarantee low latency for users.

As we promised at the launch of the new Atman cloud infrastructure in 2024, we have implemented addidional features that increase the operational efficiency of our cloud services based on OpenStack virtualization technology. So now, from January 2025, we offer its users:

• Rapid – block disk read and write speed level of 25,000 IOPS
• Local Storage – ultra-fast local disks with extremely low latency.

The new Atman Cloud infrastructure also provides:

• Higher data protection (with a metrocluster of active-active arrays)
• Higher block disk performance (increased speeds of the three performance levels offered so far)
• Higher processor performance (at the same clock speed)
• Increased API performance (by about 30%)
• Nested virtualization
• Reduced maintenance frequency and shorter service windows
